30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Perishable goods, custom-made items, and certain personal items (e.g., earrings) are not eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@fusion-buy.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  3. Attach the pre-paid return label provided by our customer service team to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or arrange for a courier collection.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@fusion-buy.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For UK returns, we offer a free return service with the pre-paid label provided.
  • If you choose to return items using a different method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
