  1. Delivery Options and Costs
    We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:
  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)
    Estimated delivery time: 3-4 working days.
  • Express Delivery: £6.99
    Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days.
  1. Delivery Times
    All orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales.
  2. International Delivery
    We currently do not offer international delivery. However, we are working on expanding our services. Please check back in the future for updates.
  3. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
  4. Delivery Issues
    If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@fusion-buy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
